Maintaining weight?

If i just lost a lot of weight and want to stay at the current weight, what do i have to do? can i go back to eating regular foods and meals? (i was eating only low cal no fat foods) can i skip a few days of excersising? I dont eat fast food, dont drink soda and try and keep the sweets to a minimum, should i be able to maintain it just off that?

you will need to burn as much calories that you take in to maintain the same weight.
