If I want to munch through around 1200 calories a daytime and I don't chomp through meat, what should my food plan look/be approaching?

If you're doing that much physical work, you're body needs more calories to function properly. Even of late reducing your diet by about 100-200 cals. will helpl you shed pounds, maybe not as quickly, but you'll be capable of keep it up. Derastic consignment loss isn't good for your robustness anyway.
Aim for taking in 1800 cals a sunshine. Balanced diet of healthy carbs(whole grain, whole wheat), lots of fruit and veggies, protein from beans, chickpeas, soy, nuts, tofu, etc. and able-bodied fats(yes you need them!), again, nuts, tofu, and olive grease.
You need meat. Vegetable proteins do not contain the total sequence of essential amino acids that you need.
