Is dampen still "healthy" to drink if you append powdered mixes (tea, juice...)in it?

To my mind, once "water" has something mixed within with it, it is no longer "water" but something else!
However.. if you must add on things to it to get it down, to hold it as "like water" as possible, avoid anything that contains: sugars, caffeine, colours, sweeteners, additives, salt etc etc.
One thing you could make the addition of fairly soundly would be a little rush of lemon juice or lime liquid. Some of the herbal teas are are quite palatable (peppermint, chamomile & ginger are some of my favourites), but remember, you can't affix sugar!
