Hey, i'm 14 beside a body plump percent of 23.5% and im 5'4''...?

i am wondering how healthy this is for a girl my age... i hold a 32 inch waist and i am 5'4'' i am considered a "sofie" and i really dont plan on changing my exercising behaviour.. will some one please give me some advice(in detail) to backing me get in good health

Well all I can voice it that your mouth is the key along next to your life style. Everyone know that eating right and exercise will do the trick but most of us are too indolent and try to find that miracle pill that will do it for us. You will never find it. Most of the pills affect you body in a dramatic bearing and it is not very thriving and most of them dont even work. They guarantee you to lose 15 lbs in a year. You hold spent over 1500 dolars in that year for those 15lbs.senceless.. You should bring a membership at the gym and invite some friends beside you. Make it a habbit, some people even sort it their hobbie or like some of us read aloud, my "addiction". That is what really works. The tired you get at the gym, the more you sweat, the more its going to work, plus at the running out it will give you more enegy than ever. Butl approaching I said, most of us dont like to hear this but keeping yourself busy and eating right is the switch to all your cargo problems.

hmmm 14 years old. 5'4 near a body fat percent as same as mine?? Girl you should start closing your mouth and doing exercises. Im 20 years elderly, 5'7 and my body fat is 24%... and im reaching to run to 18!! check the difference!!
having a 32 inch waist isnt desperate, ur fourteen and r 5'4, if u pass 30% ur within danger, but ur fine. if u observe that u gain crazy weight after consumption something, only guzzle it once a month. make sure u guzzle vegies and fruits, get some exercise(make it something thats fun for u and do it wit a friend) and u'll b fine
