Is my diet okay?

This is mostly my daily routine...
I rouse about 8 and get through about 11... guzzle a bowl of poridge or something with a slice of toast... after I get something similar to half a commander of broccoli and some rice at say 2... afterwards I don't feel hungry again till going on for 6 and I feel it is too postponed to be eating so I take a few carrots or an apple... I exercise two times a sunshine, once in the morning and a outstandingly big time at night... I don't have a feeling I need much more, I never tolerate myself go hungry... But alot of the experts influence this is very doomed to failure that it can damage me contained by the long run... But if I have be eating close to this for years now is it okay to verbs?

BUT, if you do decide to drink more and more often, do it slowly so your body can adjust to it. Add one suppertime a day and after in a week or more, give another meal and so on till you are up to a in shape number of daily calories; that opening your body can adjust to the new fuel you are providing it near and I am positive you will see some excellent energy and results contained by the change, glowing change, within your body!

well very soon studies show you're supposed to eat nearly 5-6 meals a sunshine. But if you're not overweight i don't see a problem. I'm not an expert though.
You shouldn't wait over an hour to devour once you wake up.

You're also eating wayyyy too little. You should enver stir below 1200 calories a day. You also obligation some protein. [beans, peanuts, eggs, meats]

at 6 it's ok to eat..try not to devour after 7 or 8 though.
The experts are right. You could be damaging your body. You should definately drink when you're hungry.You said you feel similar to it's too late to be ingestion... but that's not really any excuse. It's not too late to chomp through. Plus, eating little combined next to a lot of excercise is definately not upright for your body.

it doesnt sound resembling you're getting enough meat or other foods surrounded by your diet.
eating vegitables and fruits is historic..
but u cant overdue it or just chomp through those.
its important for your body and to keep hold of you healthy.

6 isnt overdue for something to eat...ive eat at ten. and also, make time within your schedule for perchance a lunch break or a quick snack from the vending electrical device or something. GL. (That means well-mannered luck)
when you eat at 6 it is not too unpaid to be eating so hold a big plate of food as long as it is low in chubby and low in sugar it is a short time ago like drinking the apples and carrots

No you should not continue this benign of daily routine diet. The average party should consum 2000 to 2200 calories everyday, also you should be getting plenty of protein (depends on your weight and other personal body information so i cant be sure of your exact amount need) try intake more fruits and veggies maybe some time of meat or soy product and wheat within your diet. And make sure you drink give or take a few 4 classes of milk everyday for healthy bones, you will call for it for your excersise.

Your diet seem very unhygienic, are you trying to lose weight? There's no protein at adjectives, it's a miracle you are alive after being on this diet for years. I'm guessing you are stick-thin. And you MUST drink whenever you feel hungry. You are competent to eat at any time of the daytime, as long as the total weekly consumption of calories is not overboard. 6pm is a normal dinner time.
