How many grams (g) not calories can or should i be drinking and maintain my consignment .
I do 1hour 30mins - 2hours of exercise per day burning 1,400 - 1,600 calories a daytime

age 21
stage 5 ft 6"
i weigh 118 - 120 lbs (pounds)

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a hours of daylight. Nothing other than sea in between. Include plenty of pink vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to put into action ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.
