Answers: Sounds similar to a good, perched diet. Don't know how long it would take you to lose 5 pounds exact I count in kg (don't know how much a pound is!) and it also depends on your age, metabolism and prior ingestion habits. If your body is used to a giant energy intake, you'll lose substance faster.
It doesn't sound markedly tasty and deeply of your calories are not from nutrient-dense foods.
Take your breakfast and add a banana and a small cup of O.J. to it.
Add a snack between breakfast and lunch. A piece of fruit and a vegetable of your choice.
For lunch, subtract those crackers and add a cup of steamed/grilled/fresh vegetables, preferably something leafy and green ( NOT iceberg lettuce...something threatening green)
After lunch snack, take that cherrios and supply some grapes, strawberries, blueberries, cantelope, etc.
Dinner: change that "pasta" to "full wheat pasta", subtract the peas and add more broccoli.
Dessert between Dinner and bedtime: An apple, an ginger, and you can top if off near a couple of your hersheys kisses.
Eat something different every day... don't put away the same exact entry. Take a multi-vitamin.
Give yourself at least 3 weeks to lose the 5 pounds. You're not overweight, but if you must lose the 5 pounds please do so healthily.
