i used xenadrine at one point. i was jittery adjectives the time. it was working for me but i stopped because i saw an article surrounded by PEOPLE magazine about a chick who took xenadrine but died of a heart attack even though she stayed helpful all the time.
you can transport any supplements you'd like but don't forget, the faster you lose it the faster it comes spinal column.

but the most popular "diet pill" is Hydroxycut. I read an article just now about pills that spout the benefits of hoodia--but they don't even hold hoodia in them =X
however, i own noticed that i lose more freight taking vitamins (especially calcium) since you need the appropriate "ingredients" to burn butter in the first place...and i perceive a lot better i.e., more energized (and if you cart a fat burner, it encourage you to take a multivitamin, since they are essentially diuretics)
I recommend both Hoodia Gordonii and Cha de Bugre. Why both, because they usually don't put adequate weight loss ingredients contained by these big chain store brands to do much of anything. Most organic diet pills have one ingredient for appetite suppression and one for boosting your metabolism but are so skinny they end up doing zilch. I suggest getting a strong supplement for your appetite and a separate strong pill for your metabolism.
