i want to lose weight until that time september. any ideas. my stomach is a bit bulgy but not that much. also what gentle of excersizes should i do? and what kind of food should i munch through?Please i need give support to.

do not eat any processed foods. avoid big fructose corn syrup, monosodium glutemate, partially hydrogenated oil... eat life... don't eat dairy... avoid meat that aren't organic...they enjoy antibiotics in them and other second-hand goods... avoid sugars, wheat, gluten, yeast, caffiene, pop, and alcohol... go for a run or a bike ride a few times a week... try pilates to tone your stomach...but you also necessitate cardio to shed the fat ...oh and if you own ps2, play ddr... it is the only method i'll do cardio lol it has a workout method... it doesn't even concern if you get the steps right... some times they gain really fast and complicated so it just keep you moving...

find each day calorie intake calculator on the net, enter adjectives your stats and it will tell you how heaps calories you need a daytime to maintain, pinch off 300-400cal bad that number and thats how much you need to lose.
