Proper track to run?

i heard the proper agency to run was on your toes, not beside your heels. is this true? and why is it so hard for me to run similar to this?

Answer:
arms at 90 degrees
there's a stick attached to your hip. BREAK IT!
don't salute
knees up, toes up
manor on your toes (I shouldn't be able to hear you)
converse arm, opposite leg
an inch sour your stride is an inch off of your 40 time
parallel squat is the push button to speed
bring your arm all the road back
forward lean
arrive at forward
do not straighten your arm in the backbone
do not cross your arms in front
you arms will take you through the run
when i run on my toes can feel my calves mortal worked more so yea that sounds like the proper track to run to me and its not hard it a moment ago comes naturlly to me, ive actually be tying to run on my heels lol but i guess since im so tall and slim/muscular this is easier
the proper instrument to run is on the balls of your foot (the widest part of your shoe). running on your toes is a braking workings and will slow you down. same thing for running on your heels.
