when i run on my toes can feel my calves mortal worked more so yea that sounds like the proper track to run to me and its not hard it a moment ago comes naturlly to me, ive actually be tying to run on my heels lol but i guess since im so tall and slim/muscular this is easier
the proper instrument to run is on the balls of your foot (the widest part of your shoe). running on your toes is a braking workings and will slow you down. same thing for running on your heels.
