Am i over shipment?
im about 160cm towering, but i have a gummy build, which also means i enjoy curves.
am i over weight?
how can i loose substance fast? ive tried everything!
please assist me!

Answers: no channel! your are nowhere near overweight hunni =] that immensity sounds just in the order of right for your age.
im 17 and weigh nowhere near that much, though i am deeply taller.. im 181cm LOL.
there are no prompt ways to loose weight.. resourcefully not really. i want to actually know like peas in a pod thing. but from what ive be told, you should avoid eating carbohydrates. munch through lots of grains and fruit and vegies. its not WHAT you put away, it HOW MUCH you eat. so if you surface like your overweight (which i dont regard as you are at all) then basically cut down proportions a little bit. but dont be stupid and starve yourself. that simply makes you gain substance because your body begins to store liveliness and turn it into fat.
when you arent busy, try to do atleast 30 minutes of exercise atleast 4 times a week. progress for a walk or something! =] i find that when you hold music to listen to, the time goes faster. i usually borrow my sisters ipod or when i cant, i lately take my dog for a pace.
'good looking' bodies dont just come similar to that... believe me, i definately dont have one LMAO. but going to the gym a few days a week to use the equipment could backing, because it tones different muscle groups. im joining the gym with my friend this year to obtain healthy and to loose shipment.
you dont really have to loose much at adjectives so dont push it lol.

but hey, curves arent necessarily a impossible thing. you can own a good looking body and be curvy. you probably dont stipulation to lose weight. you are 14 and your body is still chaning. i voice give it time. you are great lately the way you are :)
14 year outdated shouldnt worry going on for weight. freshly get in shape and exercise regularly and daily and that should back a huge bit.
