Although I do not know your current condition I believe it is possible. Its angelic that u are already active and dieting but u inevitability to get on beside ab and oblique exercises. Since ur objective is to get them surrounded by 1 week This will be an intense wokout not it will consist of 3 wrkout sessions
Workout 1 - ab crunch machine 3 sets 25 reps
nouns bike 3 sets 25 reps
butt ups 3 sets 25 reps
Wokout 2- cable crunches 3 sets 25 reps

Crunches. If you do them faithfully every day(even though they speak every other day, I do them every day), afterwards you will see results in 2-4 weeks. They are intricate, but they work.
