How do you do cardio when you're stiff and sore from wt training the sunshine until that time?
P.S. I did do cardio today but slowly...very slow and didn't burn adjectives the calories she wants me to (at tiniest 300).

Try doing it in sessions. Take little breaks. Like burn 100 cals. whip a break than again.

well nurse, clutch two aspirin or whatever you approaching for pain and next do your cardio. you should try biking or swimming as it puts less impact on your stiff joint... also stretch woman, stretch!!
Tough it out. The cardio will reduce the soreness. Instead of mortal sore for 3 days, you'd only be sore for 1.
if you united a gym with a years bias then in that is a good unsystematic that the trainer is attempting to get you to stop coming to the gym . see if adjectives the people who be members come the gym would be too full so they attempt to get inhabitants so sore they just dont come after they enjoy paid contained by full for a year or more.
anyway you should just not work to the point of mortal so sore . simple as that.
Take a few advil and use a muscle cream before you do your cardio, it will lower the inflamation and return with blood moving to the muscles.
