i have a friend..would you articulate this is normal.she weigh 76kg 4 months ago,she now weigh 55kg.she exersises for about hour respectively day and eat very limmeted, surrounded by a day she will sometimes enjoy half a buiscuit,a bite of a choc inn..maybe a cup a soup and fir tea she would own about one bite out of respectively item.she dont do meals for herself and if she does its only lettuce,cucumber and a fish stake.she drinks loads of coffee,water and chewing gum.does she hold a problem. id say-so no as she eats still. sometimes days she eat more than others but never ful meals,individual small bites of things. never eats things resembling bread or potatoes ect.thanks surrounded by advance

She might still be intake a little, but she is not consumption enough. And it is not run of the mill to feel dirty roughly eating, and to be curious to be hungry again.

At present, I'm not TOO worried about her solidity. But if this continues, she will crash, health-wise.

Your friend should at least have a word to a counselor about consumption disorders, before she hurts herself. It is upright to want to be healthy, and an hour of exercise is not excessive at adjectives. But the severe limits on her meal are another matter.

I would read aloud if she doesn't already have an ingestion disorder she's well on her track. Eating tiny little bites of things isn't a full meal. Chocolate, coffee and chewing gum does not a nutritious diet make.

Whether or not she eat isn't how you decide if there's a problem - bulimics chomp through a lot, they only throw it up afterward. Talk to your friend. She probably deny everything but maybe the reality that someone else noticed will brand her rethink her diet.
