How do you win out of a no sparkle have slump so that you can verbs up, move about to gym, & stop ingestion frosting?!?

I usually have a ton of vigour and keep my home spotless; turn to the gym 5 days a week-I lift weights, hurry and dance. But since Monday I hold had nooo zest, the dishes are piling up in the sink effect I am not motivated to clean and I haven't exercised one time nonetheless this week and to top it off, I'm drinking frosting out of the container and combining it with cream cheese so that it taste like chocolate cheesecake...I'm so depressed...I usually own a few low energy days a month, but this is this worst (I think)...I can't own kids so I'm not pregnant, I haven't had any alcohol, I'm 5'1 105 LBS. and a fitness freak! Pleeease make a contribution me some ideas on what can motivate me, furnish me energy, or only just get me rotten my butt to clean, exercise and travel to the grocery store...all I enjoy in the fridge is frosting, cream cheese and two eggs!! HELP!!!!

Hey, I've be there--you're depressed. See a psychologist and have him start you on a low dose antidepressant. I've tried them adjectives and Paxil (starting at 25mgs) has be the only one that works for me next to no side affects. If that's not an option, supplement your multivitamin next to a tablet of B-12 (let it dissolve under your tounge-it's yucky, but it works). I also rob fish oil (EHA-DFA or something resembling that) and vitamin E and 2 1000 mg vitamin C's a day. Get within a routine. I only verbs house on weekends and do the dishes when I need a verbs something-that;s OKAY if you're single and busy. About the frosting-that should dissapate after 2 weeks of antidepressants, but in the meantime, try can fruit in cloying syrup-you get the sweet but not adjectives the calories. You don't have to be depressed adjectives the time to take antidepressents. It's kinda similar to taking a valium to calm down, but you pocket a Paxil in the morning to capture "up". Good luck!

Sounds similar to clinical depression. Maybe you should see a doctor and ask him if you need medication.
Doing something that's not related to fitness -- shopping, a puzzle, organize lists, anything small that will grant you that push to get more energized and cheerful.
get a girlfriend to cheer u up or have a chat to someone to help u attain back to yourself
Break the routine, dance do something crazy (within limits), try something new. I suggest surfing, mountain biking, skydiving, dangle gliding, and other such sports. You seem to be the genus of person that like this stuff. Or go combine a club, but whatever you do, do something up to date. Boredom will kill you merely a surely as a bullet, just slower.
possibly you should see a doctor ..none of this sounds good ...severe depression desires attention..please get up and do something..see yourself in the flipside and get dressed and do anything..ok??infer how good a nice big salad and some fresh fruit would love...no more frosting!! go bring a shower..get dressed and step...good luck
Proper food intake and basically exercise.. even just walking
