I know a stone is roughly 20 pounds (US weight measurement) so that would put you at more or less 180 pounds. you are probably about at the top of your medically suggested bodyweight, but if you are heavily muscled or full-size framed that is to be expected. I would articulate to someone at a health club or your doctor to own your bodyfat measured. I believe 15-25% is recommended for females your age.

Believe me I've been underweight for my stage a few times in a long existence (I am now) and it's as bad for your vigour as being over-weight. It's not other a good item having low blood pressure and under-weight populace often do! Takes me five minutes to win out of bed without faint!
