How much weight can i lose in 2 months?

im 14 years old (ill be 15 next month) and my weight is somewhere in the 160s. i really hate myself for getting this big. i dont really know what types of GOOD foods to eat and what exercises could help me lose weight. i want to lose the weight before i go back to school. my breasts are big and saggy and my butt and thighs are big. please give me some exercises that help tone and strength the butt, thighs, waist,and stomach.
