Meal plan for a diet PLEASE HELP!?

I want to lose body fat through drinking healthy and exercise. Can someone please distribute me some meal philosophy that are healthy. I other have a bowl of fruit for breakfast but what can i drink for lunch and dinner?

BREAKFAST
* Porridge
* Shredded Wheat
* Weetabix / Oatibix
* Bran flakes
* Fruit salad & low-fat natural yoghurt
* Muesli
* Fruit smoothie

* Mashed / boiled potatoes, grilled salmon & steamed veg.
* Roasted vegetables & cous cous
* Vegetable / low-fat chicken casserole & rice
* Stir-fried prawns & vegetables with a rice pilaf.

have a cereal near fruitt...and some low fat milk..lunch hold chicken with veggies...dinner hold some pasta with yoghurt...exercise for 30 mins walking or jog...it works..
