Could be the digestive enzymes needed by your body to do the profession is low making it work harder. Fatty cuts of red meat gives your digestion system even more of a workout.
While you can exist lacking red meat, that is up to you where on earth you get your protein. Try white meat(chick/fish) and the lighter reds(pork,lamb)
Not sure. Sounds close to you are vegetarian. If you don't close to red meat then only don't bother with it. I prefer chicken or fish.
I'm matching but I had mumps 3 years ago and enjoy had chronic fatigue syndrome since..that have led to IBS. So red meat and some dairy products brand name me so tired!!Your not alone..you'll get through it!!
