A friend asked me about my workout routine, & as constituent of it I do the exercise where you lay facedown on a mat, after you prop yourself up on your elbows & lift your body past its sell-by date of the mat & stand on your tiptoes, holding that position for a few seconds. As I be explaining this to my friend, I realized that I didn't know the cross of that particular exercise. Can anyone cultivate me?
