What exercises do you use to grasp rid of obese on hips?

I am trying to get rid of corpulent n my hips and every place i have looked hasnt given me an answer that worked i be wondering if you know any exercises? if you could answer that would be great

Exercise just builds muscle. You may enjoy muscle, but it could be hidden beneath a layer of overweight. To get rid of podginess you have to lose bulk.

Lay on your side and beside legs straight, one on top of the other. Lift the leg on top up 15 to 20 times. Do like for the other leg as well. Kind of is resembling a scissor action. Also bicycling works newly as well. Lunges are also great too!

Stand up straight next to your arms flat on your sides so your just resembling a straight stick. Then bend to one side (not forward or backwards) but make your paw touch the side of your knee. And after do the other side and just maintain repeating this at a pretty fast and steady speed for nearly 20 minutes a day I guess but the more the better. Do it every afternoon and you can do it while watching tv. Since I will be having summer time off, I will be doing it about two times a sunshine for half an hour. Hope it help!
