Toning design? i'm desperate!!?

Ok i know i asked i similar question not long ago.. but i'd resembling to rephrase it.. instead of losing weight surrounded by particular for the sake of it, im looking toward toning up my middle part. Its become pretty out of control lately and as much as i repugnance to admit, am comparing to several other average girls my age who are pretty toned and don't have huge hips approaching me. I know its about "becoming a women".. but im so flabby within the butt and thigh area that i can't even wear a bikini, im panicky for my future... and can't really ask my parents as they a moment ago tease me, seriously ive get the new soubriquet "baby bum-bum"!! its awful, and im not ecstatic with the process im eating any. What can i do?

(p.s i already dance 3x a week, stir for an hr walk/jog most days and am considering joining the local gym.)

less cardio - since it have a tendency to trademark you flabby especially when your not eating plenty protein and on a high carb diet. Add some weights or do any form of resistance training that'll really lend a hand build up muscle. Muscle is good its the most metabolically busy tissue in the body and take more calories to maintain. You dont want to be afraid of muscle if your a girl since women dont have ample testosterone to actually look resembling Arnold, in reality alot of female fitness models you see on magazine actually do weights - creamy weights and moderate cardio. Eat right - good carbs, lean protein sources, and verbs good tubby. No junk and sugar.
Very honest, join the gym, that doesn't engineer less a woman out of you. Keep doing the exercises, that help, but what are you eating, also? Keep an eye on the diet, models don't get through french fries and double cheesburgers, or fish and extra chips, etc....

You sound markedly athletic and very majority to me, try to not compare yourself to other girls and keep doing the do and having fun factor of life....the verbs part comes subsequently....do try to keep it that course.
Exercise you are doing sounds good so far... interweave the gym!

Also, increase your on a daily basis activity level, I am going to take a stab and guess that you delight in sitting down and watching television. Am I right? Also budge for a 5 minute walk periodically throughout the morning, it will boost your calorie output and keep your thermogenic support up.

Walk more and whip the stairs. Don't be lazy when you know you are. You can do doesn`t matter what you set your eyes on.
