97 pounds! yeah I know ur thinking im must be crazy well im not ! OK!I just want to lose like some pounds so i can be right for my height and age!
Also some workouts for the arms ! I want them more toner and I want a more workout for my breast !cause 34 B cup I would like to lose one more cup size cause i want my boobs more firmer!

Hi there. For a fun exercise regime I would suggest you try aerobics. You can buy the DVD (if you don't want to join a gym) and exercise in the comfort of your own home, even in your room. Aerobics is a great way to exercise, because it focuses on all the areas of the body, and you can work at your own pace. Take your time when choosing, pick the one you think is right according to your level of fitness, this should be displayed on the cover. And choose the one that specify the
areas you want to loose weight. Try and exercise at the same time so that it becomes a routine, don't over do it, as it may put you off exercising. Also, a great way to firm up below the waist is to massage for ten minutes after exercising. I use to have a book, (till someone borrowed it) called below the belt. It showed massage techniques to firmer hips, butt, thighs and calves. You might be able to find a book in the library, about massaging after exercise. Or try and do a google search.
