How can a really skinny guy gain put some mass?
Ive done weights for a while but havent see any differences. I want to get some bulk on me, im really contracted and tall.

However your natural metabolism is to do that as as you age you will easily put on some more weight--so I don't recommend trying to change your metabolism by skipping meal or eating smaller number frequently. After all, when you hit 30 you'll be glad for a quick metabolism. Keep your metabolism fast by intake frequently every 3 hrs.
