Work on your arms. Usually, for seriously of people, you can build muscle surrounded by your arm that you can see and feel better than some other muscles within your body. Seeing this can encourage you. Seeing that your arm is losing it's flab and looking more toned can sustain you realize that the rest of your body will look like that, too, if you're inclined to work for it.
What might suggest is mix up the workout a little.Threw within some other exercises.Do different reps counts for each exercise.Try running threw a circuits of them.
