Answers: Cardio exercise. the two best ones are swimming and running. and u dont have to move about to some expensive gym, just run around the block, after gradually increase ur speed and distance. weightiness lifting is good for toning, but not for bulk loss. you have to grain a bit breathless and get ur heart rate up to know that u enjoy actually adjectives some calories. i reccomment about 10 minutes jog, 5 minutes walking, 10 minutes jogging next 5 minute cool down. and remember to stretch after so u dont hurt any muscles. hope this helps!
