How much immensity will i loose surrounded by 1 month if I amble give or take a few 2 kilometers every morning.?

I'm a girl in untimely twenties, my weight is 62kg & plane is 5 feet 5 inches. Around how abundant kilos will I loose in 1 month if I tramp about 2 kilometers every morning? I bearing in within moderate speed (25 minutes to walk 2km).
If anyone have an idea please give support to. I'm so worried about my counterbalance.
Also please do let me know what I can do anything else surrounded by addition to loose substance.

Probably 3-5 kg. But what would help even more is also regulating a very well balanced, good diet. And sometimes, your progress may slow down, or EVEN stop, but don't get discouraged! You will receive through that "wall", and continue progress. Also, as you progress, I would recommend walking a quicker gait and/or walking further. Hope I helped! :)

don't meander just do crunches and monitor excersice movies and don't eat any unwanted items food but eat alot of vegetables and drink alot of marine and just be a lacto-vegetarian for a little while if you really want to loose counterbalance then u want be worried give or take a few it :)
I am a doctor, dont walk more than 1.6 km every afternoon! u can lose your weight upto 8 Kg when u hold on to ur diet so!
I think 1-2kg every month.

I'm presently working out at gym three times a week - 15 minutes warm up, 1 hr weightlifting and 30 minutes cardio. I single lost 1 kg every month (totally fat loss, slight increase within muscle). So I guess 1-2kg can be a good estimation. Pls also avoid grease and fat within your diet..
