Ok, just wondering, some inhabitants say its 35 grams but how is that possible if they recommend you to put away healthy things similar to milk, fruit and veggies when they contain alot of sugar. like b/c they speak to drink 3 cups of skim milk a day for better form when each serving of milk have 12 grams of sugar which is already alot of sugar, i'm trying to be a healthy teen buy consumption veggies and fruits and whole grain as on the health pyramid but my sugar intake seem to be high, so i'm merely asking cause i do not want to own diabetes. any advice?

in good health there is a difference the sugar you are getting within your fruits and your veggies are natural sugars while the sugar you would bring in voice cookies candies and cakes and cast-offs would be processed sugars. as long as you exercise frequently 2-3 or more times a week, and don't overeat. you should be fine moderation is the key. fitting luck and god bless
I have no clue really but I'd read out that the average teen drinks 4 sodas which is about 30 g of sugar respectively. remember some have lots more, some enjoy less. So that's an average of 120 g. And that doesn't include sugary foods. So let's guesstimate 50 g of sugar contained by food. That's 170g of sugar on average. quite a bit.
