Losing 10 pounds..?

I have 3 weeks.

I chomp through about 2 slices of bread a daytime.
Tea - (whatever it may be, it usually is healthy)
and carrot sticks when i'm hungry and don't wanna eat second-hand goods food.
I drink about 10 eyeglasses of water per time. (the toilet is my new friend. xD )

Exercise,
i meander once around the block. it's a pretty big block.
and i do 25 squats.
25 deep squats.
and 50 crunches.

will i lose 10 pounds contained by 3 weeks if i do that every day?

should i step for two walks instead of one perday?

Jeez I lost 7lbs in one week a short time ago by cutting out bread potatoes and pasta. Yes I drink lots of hose but didnt add any excercise. I would cogitate an average of 2lbs a week are minimun to a good diet.
