Being that age I'd have to articulate eat 2000-2500 calories a year, but definitely produce sure they are clean. Meaning no sugars, simply complex carbs, plenty of fiber, lots of protein, no saturated fat. Most likely you are drinking all the wrong things which is cause you to gain weight.
if you wanna get through healthy and lose 2 lbs per week you should put away 1000 a day...put away fruit,vegetables,meat,fish and healthy food...also drink lots of wet about 8 goggles everyday and stay away from junk food and sweets...also try to exercise at lowest 30 mins a day any doing a sport or going to the gym, you should be able to lose those 15 lbs surrounded by a month and a half or 2 months...hope i be of some help :)

1.NOT eating ANY fried foods during the week.
(By the time the weekend comes i scarcely crave it)

i would say just about 1600 cals weight watchers alows u 2 enjoy about 24 pts per sunshine and about 100 cals is a point but monitor your fat grams. they count for alot and means your servings you would be surprised of how much u can have. skinny relations eat 5 meal a day small meal fat race skip breakfast.

Assuming you are competent to use a restroom whenever you want (you are probably not in arts school till fall), drink lots of water and devour small meals consisting of dairy products, vegetables, and fruits throughout the morning. Once you are fund in arts school, of course, you won't know how to use the restroom as much so work as much weight sour as you can over the summer and by fall, your metabolism will work better for you to maintain up the great work.

i wouldn't eat as much sweet and trust me it'll be complicated i have a sweet tooth. Maybe replace the sweets next to some fruit, sandwiches near salads, and make sure you don't skip any meal because that will slow the process of loosing weight. Try to devour about 1000 calories on a daily basis.
