Easy style to achieve contained by shape?
what can i do to build up my endurance?
i really want to get within shape. what is a fun way i can do that?
i do not similar to boring equiment.

well, I don't really expect that there is an undemanding way to seize in shape.. lol
powerfully, i'm a cross country runner and just slowly starting out jog.. run the same distance for a while. push yourself, but not too strong. then slowly start totalling on distance. and i think until that time too long, you can get contained by shape!

you should know that if you want something, you are going to enjoy to work hard for it! munch through healthy, bring back good sleep, nick a vitamin, and exercise. if you work hard, any type of exercise will work! i promise you that!
play a sport
Easiest mode is to find a sport you like playing that involves running. I instinctively, found basketball and got amazingly much in shape because i have friends that liked to play, and could smoothly find people to play beside at the gym or park.
Don't forget to eat right too. It may not be confident to get contained by shape but it should be fun.
