I enjoy only started a detox, states that i should drink more fish. Will prawns and muscles be ok to put away?

fish doesn't equal any seafood - in that is a huge difference. does the detox program justify the obligation for fish?

Prawns and mussels are apposite for you...yes...but FISH is FISH... they're talking give or take a few stuff like Tilapia, Tuna, Catfish, Salmon and the rest of the little guys beside FINS. Drink LOTS of fluids. Good luck to you. Hugs, Gina C.
You would be defeating the purpose of the detox if you put away shellfish.They are scavengers that verbs impurities from the marine.Why would you want to eat something that eat dead flesh and other cast-offs from the floor of the ocean or doesn`t matter what body of water they live within?
