try some sit ups which confer you abs. and ride a bike or lie down on your stern and do bike turns with your legs which will slim your legs. and also get through healthy. problem is beside me, i hate my butt. =[ and i own superly duperly big muscles =[
I have that problem. I own a very cute booty.and i'm slender and soaring.
But if i start dropping any more weight I start to lose my butt and some of my boobs.
But i kinda stay wth the hips and a short time bit of a pooch.
Everyone thinks i look fine. But i know how i'd similar to my body to look like.
Do the dreaded sit ups and demarcate your body...that way you can still preserve the booty!!
You cannot control what part of the body will lose counterweight.
