How do I flatten abs/stomach lacking enlarge the muscle?

Whenever I do some good crunches and start to tone and flatten my abs, after a few days it lately gets bigger instead of flatter. Any tips?

i have that same problem! Go for jogs or walk because that tones u aswel because it uses every muscle in your body. Also, bellydancing and dance in nonspecific is great for stomach muscles! makes em flat. Not to mention great hips and butt too lol

1) do 3/4 crunches with your stomach held within tight. suck your stomach in while your doing them.
