start with heartfelt and physical detoxification,
and then robust eating habbits
Eat right, exercise, don't smoke, don't use drugs or alcohol to excess and state a positive mental outlook. Of course I don't follow most of that personally and enjoy known some individuals who did and died very infantile but it does make sense.
Eat mostly fruit, vegetables, lean meat and whole grain. Mix a little dairy contained by there and put away other food sparingly. You don't have to cut the "fun" stuff out, a short time ago don't make it the mainstay of your diet.
And be moving. You don't have to work out an hour a time or join a gym, but do something live everyday. Walk your dog, wash your coup¨¦, take a child to a park, hold a bike ride.
