How do I tone my stomach?

Im 5" 3 1/2 inches tall. Im 15 years prehistoric and I weight 118. I own always be pretty slim but since I turned 14 I've put on weight surrounded by my stomach and its really annoying me. I have to budge to Arizona in a month and will be see in a bathing suit. I dont enjoy much fat on my stomach, but I want a flat stomach. Crunches hurt my wager on when I do them. What should I do?

Answer:
What you need to do, starting RIGHT NOW, is start on a really, very low-carb diet. If crunches hurt, later look to your diet. My brother was 245 pounds and he started a low carb diet and is in a minute about 180. You didn't move yourself alot of time so get started in a minute. Cut out any greasy foods or foods cooked in regular grease.Olive oil is honourable. Also, trying reaching for your feet beside your hands from the sides. Left side, get to the ground as far as you can, then right. You also might be hurting from the crunches, because you are attempting to bend yourself, farther later you are capable, at this time. You enjoy to work and adjust your body to do these things over a period of time. Get one of your friends to do a 2-man-rowboat, exercise, next to you. You sit, with your legs apart, and your friend does equal, facing you. The other persons foot, are positioned "just inside' of your foot. You grab hold of respectively others hands and you full them towards you, afterwards they pull you, towards them. It stretches the abdominal muscles and works similar to sit-ups. It also strengthens the lower subsidise. This can help you over time to be capable of endure the crunches. But as I said in the past, you are what you eat! Go low-carb, cut out cast-offs food (including candy bars) Try some light jog or at least shift for a mile or more of fast walking. Burn calories. Good luck and wallow in your stay in AZ.
okay that illiminates crunches.......you can other yun..... or you could try 20 crunches a day.

hope this help =]
Try some pilates. There are lots of good pilates exercises that work the abs and are profusely safer for your back than crunches. You can usually return with a video that comes with a rubber tie for about $10 at a store resembling Walmart.

Although any exercise that targets the abs will give a hand tone them, remember that you can't target the actual fat loss. Fat comes stale your whole body within layers, so contained by reality, even if you really strengthen your abs, it might not be apparent if you've got a bit of corpulent overtop. Weight loss is best accomplished next to a healthy diet and enthusiastic cardio excercise - so be sure to include power walking, swimming, or biking to your workout routine to get the best outlook of your toned abs!

Good luck!
