Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a daylight. Nothing other than marine in between. Include plenty of pink vegetables and fruits in respectively meal, preferably 50%. Chew respectively morsel at least 32 times to get going ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walk regularly preferably twice a day.
U will do what u have not even dreamt and that too surrounded by a reasonable time. Do not be contained by a hurry.
1. Eat good food: fish, chicken, vegetables, integral grains approaching oatmeal, etc. and eat profusely of it.
2. Do a lot of physical flurry: go out and play - return with a way from the computer and play football beside your friends, or street hockey or whatever. Do pushups and other calisthenics every year, or go to the gym at your university and start a weight lifting program (but own someone show you proper technique).
