Will this plan help me to lose weight?

breakfast; a breakfast bar(kids protein bar)

lunch; a dannon activia yogurt
almonds
apple chips

snack; 2 celery stalks with 1 tbs. light cream cheese

dinner; grilled chicken strips, vegetables, roll

for exercise i played volleyball for an hour and a half and went on a 3 mile bike ride (20ish minutes) Somedays i also go on a 3 mile walk in place of or in addition to the bike ride. Most days I have a turkey sandwich for dinner(1 bread, 1 cheese, 1 slice turkey and lettuce). Also, usually i have actual fruit instead of the apple chips, that's just what i had today.

So, how much weight do you think i will lose(weekly)

If you want to lose weight then eat less calories than you burn. It's that simple. So long as it's a balanced diet, what you eat isn't so important as how many calories you eat.

It should. it depends on how overweight you are to know how fast you can lose weight.

this is an awful diet. since you are working out, you need CARBOHYDRATES. they are not your enemy! just refined carbohydrates should be avoided. you need complex carbs. trust me, your body will be so starved of carbs you will binge eat and gain the weight back!
you need to add some whole grain bread in there.. you need whole grain cereal for breakfast. an example is fiber one.
you also need more protein. instead of the activia for lunch, which is LOADED with sugar, you should have a turkey sandwich or something with protein in it.
Maybe a couple pounds a week

Also, always eat breakfast instead of an energy bar
Have a piece of toast or a small bowl of cereal and fruit-breakfast gives you energy to start your day
I suspect it will as long as you keep up with it. Keep it up. I read and do the workouts out of Muscle and fitness magazine though. They have plenty of good workouts with specific goals inmind which helps me keep going because I'm excited to reach the goal. Maybe you may lose about 3 to 5lbs a every other week with your plan.
