How much overweight am i?
Answer:
Every body is different, and if you want to see muscle definition you need to know your current percentage of body fat. You can measure it yourself with a skin fold caliper, which you can find at a place like GNC that is around 20 dollars or look on the Internet. I just recently read Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, it really helped me understand how the body works and what to do to get the results I want, I recommend reading it. In the book he talks about a healthy range and to give you a quick guide between 16-25% you should be able to see muscle definition.
I'm not a doctor, but at 6' 7" I guess a normal 'skinny' weight would be around 210.
my Dad who weighs 140 is 37 years old and he's 5'8 he's in shape, skinny, and u can see his muscles and he goes to the gym so for u maybe 200 i hope you lose wieght and i hope this helps you ALOT

Talk to your doctor. You are stilll growing, believe it or not, and you have slimmed down some. Stay active and watch your portion sizes. Your doctor will have a BMI chart that will help you together determine a healthy weight.
does your gym have a scale that not only measures your weight but also your body fat percentage? I think you should check with a trainer at the gym.
Great job losing all that weight! According to your BMI you are still over a healthy weight. A healthy range for your height is 164-221lbs. Here's the calculator I used if you want to look at it:

You can do it!
Your body mass index is 31 percent, and it should be between 20-25 percent
