Nausea straight after exercise?

Exercise is usually gym stuff (treadmill, weights, etc) or cycling (around 30km flat or 18km with hills). I find myself sense close to vomiting if I stop or take a break. I other try and stay hydrated. Cool down sessions have become mandatory. Seems to be a hot thing. Could it be diabetes related?


Answers:    It sounds to me resembling you're just working too not easy and wearing yourself out too much. You may need to munch through something with a well brought-up amount of protein in it beforehand going to the gym.
yes, definitely hold on to hydrated. gatorade works the best. never work out on an empty stomach however don't work out right after you ate. also, you could enjoy some food (healthy of course) after you work out. if nausea persists, ask your doctor
