What's the best crash diet you've been successful with?
Has anyone stayed on a steady diet (ie: weight watchers, southbeach, slim-fast) the day after "crash dieting"? Did you still gain most of it back by still cutting out high cal, greasy foods?
I have a trip to florida in a month & a half and was considering the cabbage soup diet and on the 8th day the slim fast shake diet w/1 regular meal.

My diet was not a "crash diet" its a lifestyle I choose to live. I do serious weight training and exercise 3 days a week for 2 hours a day. I eat low fat (NOT FAT FREE or there is NO taste at all!!) and low salt and I use alot of vegies and salad stuff. I eat a lowfat lasagna made with oriental rice noodles instead of flour based lasagna noodles.
Reduced intake of food . drinks , suger and salt
