put a picture of urself surrounded by the fridge and look at it every time u open it and imagine...
Plan what you eat earlier you eat it. Say, "I will single eat one bowl of cereal." Then step brush your teeth or chew gum so you won't want to eat. Once you start intake healthy, the cravings will subside greatly. Good luck!
get rid of it.
ALL the stuff contained by your house that make you get through a lot should get hold of out. throw it away or finish it up, but after that, DONT BUY IT.
it will only head to more eating.
at the grocery store, chose better option instead of the fatty ones before. frozen yogurt instead of rime cream etc.
and LIMIT yourself, if you KNOW that eating 5 apples and 8 bowls of cereal isnt what you want, later just dont put away it. it takes willpower but you'll gain from it.
*tip* beforehand you go grocery shopping, drink something light so when you take there you wont be hungry because anything will look obedient to you when your hungry. you'll also chose better options because you'll consistency full and only "surface like eating" lantern things.
for me it's all contained by the mind.. you should know your limitations. set your mind first before you devour.. tell yourself that you own to eat 1 apple and 1 bowl of cereal a hours of daylight. it's just a thing of mind conditioning.
You could also try drinking more water. It fill you up fast. However, you may enjoy to go to the bathroom like mad, but I hear that's good for you :-). And hose down is good for you too.
devour ice it make you feel full and have zero cals or grease. Make urself buzy. If you hace a cat slean the litter box. Redecorate your room or your house. Excercise. Go out on a walk. SLEEP! The more you sleep your appetite decrease. Look at urself in the mirro. Play an instrument. Keep moving. Say to urself: If I munch through I will feel so guilty. Let it progress for another day
