What should i do?

ok i want to pack on muscle and cut and i am fit but a lil over weight i have lil fat and alot of muscle to get even more muscle and buff should i lose the fat and then lift weights or just go straight to lifting weights

You should cut your calories, eat very clean and do the weight lifting and cardio. This will help you lose weight and put on muscle. Goto forum.steroid.com and go look at their cutting diet. It will help you lose weight without losing too much muscle.
OK you should start lifting first do alot more rep. then alot of weight. this will tone the muscles you have and grow to a cut body this will also burn fat so starting lifting is the better idea.
