I own 20 days until I disappear for the shoreline and want to look surrounded by my bikini. How?

I'm about 5'6", 130 pounds, not overweight, but I could emphatically tighten things up. I have a removal of motivation, so I'm hoping now that the coast is right around the corner, I'll get my butt surrounded by gear.
What can I do that will show me some results, and help save me motivated?

well i guess for you you should meditate of all the guys that are putting their time within the gym and busting their butts and have 8 pack :)

in vocabulary of results... i would start doing some weight lifting low solidity high reps and after when your done lifting i would go on a run (you will burn solid faster by running second and lifting first) Also do 3 sets of 75 sit ups (different kinds) as soon as you wake up contained by the morning...when your done with your run...and right until that time you go to bed. Make sure you do this lifting/running 4 times a week...and next on atleast one of the stale days do extra abs (like 5 sets of 125...4 times randomly throughout the day)


And engender sure you eat and you guzzle healthy

I would bet that you already look very desirable contained by that bikini!
20 days really isn't enough. You will be capable of lose a little consignment but not quite tighten up.

Your calorie intake to profess your current weight beside the above routine is 2190 calories. Cut that by 400 to 500 and you should see the results
I am going through the exact same thing. I want those contract killer abs so I'm doing crunches everyday nad watching wat I eat. Also, keep under surveillance the portion of food you eat and you don't hold to clean your plant if you don't want too. Just guzzle enough until you are full . And, excerise regularly even thieve walks and vitamins serve too. Until my stomach gets flat plenty to where I'm comfortable I'm getting a takini. As far as keeping you motivated, save thinking of that bikini and how gorgeous you'll look in it ;) . Good luck and if it works for you agree to ME know.
