I'm a 14 year prehistoric skinny boy and i just now started working out...?

so i want to know if i should take protein whey to oblige me gain muscle...i weigh 95 lbs. so how much should i take and is near anything else i could/should do to get muscle faster... tips, shakes, pointers, food, anything etc.

The best channel to gain wieght is to do proper work out...eat banana, egg, fish (as much as u can) and meat. Avoid fatty foods as it will increase ur tummy. When u do exercise pinch care of ur abdmoin nouns as many ppl r injudicious on that part. Supplement food other increase the body mass but at the same time increase the abdomin areas as okay.
Take proper advice of the instructor on supplements and diet food.

Hi..,,i'm a greek live in Indonesia...,surrounded by Indonesia there's a celeb. he has a muscular body. he said the private he got his muscular body is because he munch through 30 egg eachday.and he also drink 4 glass milk eachday,guzzle 20 chicken each year. he never eat rice.
eat protein and vitamin supplement. and don't do any bad things next to your hand effect that used up more than 500 calories everytime you do that. most boys and men are skinny because of that but they never realize it.
whey is awesome, u take 95 grams of protein a daylight... whatever ur body counterbalance is, is how much u get surrounded by with ur workout.

hold working out regularly and eat seriously. eat everything from meat to fruits to veggies. your body needs it adjectives especially cuz your young and your body is still growing so it requirements all the nutrients it can bring back. wen i got to lofty school i asked my counterweight training teacher if protien shakes be okay. he said it wuz fine. just not stuff similar to creatine etc. if u want to get bigger i hear that u need similar to 1 g of protein for every pound u weigh. but thats just wat i hear. dont kno if its true or not. i'm skinny too and iz trying to gain weight.
