How often do you work out and are you doing strength training or muscular staying power? easy bearing to tell how heaps repititions do you do if its 6-12 thats strength training and thats where your muscles will grow and you will go and get bigger and bulk up but if your doing like 12 - 25 reps thats lack of complaint and you will only attain bigger to an extent and you will only tone yourself..
