Ok im doing 300 pull ups on the exercise globe every day. But im not doing any other exercises. Will i lose my pooch or do i hold to do more?

300 crunches on an exercise ball? return with real. how bout you be in motion run 2 miles then do 40 yd sprints, followed by leg press, followed by 2 more miles? THATS SERIOUS.
