How can I develop massive strength in need overtraining?

I'm a 21 year old masculine weighing surrounded by at 156lbs. I'm looking for ways to develop intense amounts of total body strength without overtraining myself... any suggestions?

The best I've see out there is a book I a short time ago finnished reading. It has everything for your body and what programs to do to procure the effects you want. Has illustrations too so you can follow and meal etc.. all righteous for the body.

Actually if all your after is strength, consequently either powerlifting or olympic weightlifting would be the best things to do. Also doing different body parts on different days is more of a bodybuilding approach so its not the most simplified way to build strength. If you can't find a powerlifting gym or olympic weightlifting gym next to a coach then your gonna own to settle for second best and just turn to a normal gym and do it adjectives by yourself. If you can't find either I wouldn't recommend doing olympic weightlifting lacking a coach because you would think your form is fitting but it most likely isn't.

As for what to do by yourself I'd say aloud to do a full body program 3x a week focusing on compound movements ie; squats(at least partly way down import your thigh parallel to the ground), deadlifts, bench press, military press, chinups. Always do compound movements first then do isolation exercises, do give or take a few 4 compound movements and 2 isolation exercises each session, mix up the exercises. And you would want to gain around 20-30 pounds of muscle for now so your gonna enjoy to eat more try to own at least 3000calories a light of day with as stout as you can food with 6 meal a day.
