Getting rid of subcutaneous fat?
Answer:
In my opinion, some women are just built to not get a perfect six pack like women on TV. I've been working at it for a year, and while mine is defined, it just doesn't look as good as celebrities ... but keep in mind, even THEY probably don't look that good in person. Just do what you're doing, be healthy, and you'll look great. Make sure you're getting enough protein - cereal doesn't have a lot of that. I'm a vegan, so I don't eat dairy or eggs either, but I eat soy products to get protein, in addition to nuts, legumes, and other non-meat sources. That will probably help.
To the guy who said "the dairy council suggests drinking milk helps you lose belly fat" ... of COURSE the dairy council would say that ... they want to sell milk! Soy milk tastes better on cereal and is calcium fortified. It's healthier for you (and the cow) too.
why would a girl get a six pack? o0o0o im scared of them :(
Generally you cannot lose fat in that area, you can only tone and tighten up through ab exercises. If you just wait 3-5 more years until you are in college you won't even be concerned about your weight anymore, all that will matter will be getting breast implants.
Drink skim milk 3x a day. Yes, the dairy council has evidence that adding milk to your diet will help get rid of belly fat faster than diets without milk.
Check it out.
Good luck!
You are only 120 lbs. you are thin. Losing the weight via anorexia and bulimia will leave various fat deposits in unwanted places. Because your body NEEDS fat, it is a natural defense system. Since you lost it the way you lost it, your body held on to the only food you digested and stored it the few places it still could.
Don't starve yourself, it won't work. Rather increase your diet to a steady 2000+ calories- you're 15 so more than likely you are active and burn more than 2000 calories a day. Don't binge, rather eat 5-6 meals to add to the 2000 cal. This will speed your metabolism, keeping you from gaining weight, and keeping your body from storing this type of fat. As you increase your diet begin doing cardio, walking, weight training, and of course, crunches. This will tone your entire body and shape it and disperse the fat correctly. DO NOT go overboard on the exercise, 5 hours a week will suffice.
