Flexibility lend a hand!?

Okay so I'm 22 and I recently started yoga.I am what relations term 'double jointed' ie I'm supposed to be more flexible than regular ethnic group.1]Can you tell me if specifically a myth or not.
2] Is there any type of pill or anything I can use to become more flexible?

Feel free to donate me tips on yoga too.

Double jointed is the term used to refer to ethnic group whose joints can hyperextend much more than what seem normal. They can recurrently pull their foot back and lay their thumb along the forearm, for example. There are unequivocally people who hold those kind of joint. Glucosomine and similar pills help near joint flexibility, but the best style to increase flexibility is to stretch your joints.
not a soul is double jointed, that would be when you have 2 joint somewhere, like your knees, or your fingers, or your wrists, where everyone have 1.
Double jointed does not mean that you are more able of being more flexible but a bit means that you are competent to do more on able things after others. and no there is no pill that can construct you More flexible all you own to do is stretch more and more everyday and you ill be more flexible later ever trust me :D:D Best of luck to you. hope i was of some give a hand :D:D
